Перевожу с дипломатического на общедоступный: Крым - Украина; никаких дыныры/лыныры нет, есть РФ, которая контролирует ОРДЛО с помощью своих прокси-сил; новые поставки оружия будут и новые полезные санкции тоже, если Россия не передумает и не вернет Крым, а также не уберется с Донбасса.
